Payments – Terms & Conditions
Payments can be made by credit/debit card or direct bank transfer to The Unseen Island Private Limited.
All major international and Sri Lankan cards are accepted.
Payments are processed in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR). For foreign cards, your issuing bank may apply exchange rates and fees beyond our control.
Bookings are confirmed only after receipt of the agreed deposit or full payment.
In the case of direct bank transfers, proof of payment must be shared, and funds must be cleared before confirmation.
Where deposits are taken, the balance must be settled by the due date stated on your invoice. Failure to make timely payment may result in cancellation of the booking.
Credit card payments are processed through secure, PCI-compliant payment gateways. The Unseen Island does not store card details.
Any charges levied by your bank for international or local transfers must be borne by the customer.
Certain payments (e.g., transaction fees, bank charges, or deposits specified as non-refundable) cannot be reimbursed under any circumstances.
